Hi Everyone
Just an excited reminder that the first new event of 2011 takes place tomorrow at Gilmour School Community Centre, South Liverpool and promises to be a lovely day. We've got hot stones courtesy of Wendy, Helen with her non-surgical facelift and a range of massages and other therapies - sports, aromatherapy, indian head, reflexology, reiki and Alexander Technique with Alice Burke.
Alice truly works in a holistic fashion with her pupils (you have a lesson with her not a treatment). She will work with you on your posture, why you hold yourself in a certain way, what emotions are going on that may add to this and so much more. Fascinating!!
There are some lovely therapists you know and some who are new to WellBeing Days but all are experienced, qualified and love what they do. If you have friends or family who can't make it to Warrington and may be on the other side of the Bridge (!) please tell them about this event. I'm sure they'll have a nice time
A note for regular visitors to Warrington - both Helen and Wendy are absent in March so if you would like hot stones, get your booking in early and I can source another hot stones therapist if necessary for that day. We'll have Mike Hammond, an excellent osteopath and therapist, delivering sports massages.
John Parsons is with us again next week and here is his description of what he does.
"Gentle chiropractic (without popping or twisting the neck or back) to gently re-align the body. For back pain, leg pain, trapped or pinched nerves, neck pain, headaches, joint pain, and also for general health and wellbeing.
Dr John Parsons is registered with the General Chiropractic Council."
Hope you are enjoying the sunshine and I hope to see you soon.
With gratitude
Angelita xx
