Hi everyone

I hope, like me, you know the importance of keeping your energy grounded, especially when we have so much wonderful energy moving throughout our lovely planet and the healers who are connecting together.

I know that when i'm ungrounded, i can't focus or complete projects, my sleep is affected or physically i feel quite stressed.

I have recorded another healing meditation - a grounding one using a particular colour. If you find you would rather use a different colour, please do. The meditation will be on the website for the next few months - i'll then replace it with another one (open to suggestions for ideas?)
