Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Health Writer, Life Coach, Holistic Therapist, Yoga Instructor and a Licentiate Member of the Hypnotherapy Association Register.

As well as seeing individual clients, Kate runs 5 Star Retreats, Holistic Holidays, Weight Loss Programs and Self Hypnosis Workshops.

A Sivananda Yoga Teacher trained in India. VTCT in Anatomy and Physiology, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy and Body Massage. Also trained in Reiki and a variety of Ayurvedic Detoxification, Healing and Cleansing treatments.

Kate’s work has been featured in Vogue, Om, Tatler, Attitude, Now! Metro, Grazia, Observer, The Times, Natural Health and Womens Fitness.

Describe your work and what it means to you:: Guiding individuals through their journey of self discovery and assisting them in finding the happiness and health that lives inside each and every one of you!

Kate run's private healing retreats, detox retreats as well as seeing individual clients and this brings her so much joy and fulfilment!
