* Tell us about Your Self:: I am a British Reflexologist and Usui & Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher based in Scotland and also soon to be in Spain. I share workshops on the deeply moving light touch techniques of Universal Reflexology which focus on the emotional and spiritual aspects of healing through the feet, Usui & Karuna Reiki and also Raindrop Therapy.

In 2008 I released the double CD Universal Reflexology & the Healing Journey, in partnership with gifted intuitive musician Courtney Ward, We brought together the healing energies of a fully guided treatment of Universal reflexology and a magical, sound journey using voice and indigenous instruments .

2010 saw myself and Jo Beth Young come together to launch Angel Rock Press and a unique range of 12 inspirational angel greetings cards. Each angel card has a special message to share and its energy and healing can be felt through Jo's stunning angel artwork and through my channelled words from the Universe.

On a personal level, there is no greater or more fulfilling experience than to feel the love of the Universe and to be at one with nature and all that is.

Describe your work and what it means to you:: Once you are in tune with the Universe, life flows. We discover that we this incredible soul with limitless potential and possibilities... and that we are the masters and creators of our lives.
Through sharing workshops on Universal Reflexology, Reiki and Raindrop, my vision is to help people discover their inner being and to inspire them to become their true selves here on earth ... to feel the incredible love of the Universe within and around them ... to work with intuition instead of just following rules ... to open their hearts to the Universe and to themselves ... and to be the change.

When I left the UK back in 2003, I didn’t so much as even glance back over my shoulder. In fact I was so excited and focused on the life waiting for me in Brazil, that all I could think of was how glad I was to be leaving the grey, depressing, oppressive atmosphere of the UK behind. Fog and Fatigue!

Yes, those two F's have been my constant companions for the last couple of weeks. But yesterday I began to feel normal again... infact I began to feel great! So much so I even spring cleaned our flat. It's been a strange few weeks when I think about it. thank you so much for that insight, I have been working on it and it seems I needed to release and be aware of issues which caused much stress. The verruca is on the ball of the foot at the area of the 3rd and 4th toes. Also I have eczema or something similar on the arches of the feet.

Anyway, onwards and upwards! Do you have a specific question for your angels, it gives me a good starting point.

thanks for your kind offer of help. I have a verucca on my left foot which is quite uncomfortable but seems to be responding to treatment. I know it is as a result of holding back from stepping onto my new path (which I am now walking on with confidence!) and as a result of intense stress due to my mother's illness. I visualise my foot already better but nothing seems to be happening in the physical.
I would like to offer my help in return, if you would like a message from your angelic guides let me know.
