* Tell us about Your Self:: I've been on a path of self discovery for many years now. Along the way I have become more aware of my connection to the earth, it's inhabitants and energy. I allow the birds and animals around me to guide me along my path, and they have led me to some very interesting places, for which I am truly grateful.

I lived in the US for a number of years. Whilst I was there I discovered that my own spiritual beliefs resonated with those of the Native American culture. I have spent a lot of time, since I have been back in the UK, visiting ancient sites and stone circles, connecting with the energies there.

I have been interested in Geology and Mineralogy since I was a child. In 2007 I attended Anni's crystal healing workshop so that I could learn to utilise crystal energy and so take my fascination with this subject to a whole other level.

Describe your work and what it means to you:: Crystal assist me in holding a pure positive space which others are drawn towards and use to further their own journey of self development

It always feels like a great privilege to witness the growth and conscious expansion of another

This month our group visited Avebury Stone Circle with the intention of exploring the energy there. Apophyllite was the crystal we focused on this month and it delivered all that it promised. Everyone at the meeting was able to feel the powerful energy of this mineral open their 6th and 7th Chakra.

There is nothing wrong with strong boundaries. In fact, they are a good idea in most situations. But, there are times when they are used as an excuse to stay in our shell and create a kind of blindness to potentials that lie before us. Of course have boundary issues always causes problems, but I would argue that having too strong of a boundary may be just as personally harmful in the long run.

This issue I think is using discernment and wisdom in all situations. Living with a spirit of general trust in the universe. I choose to trust knowing that there will be times when it will bite me. But, knowing that more times than not things will be great. When the moment comes that I know my death is imminent I want to be at peace.

I have been with many dying people over the years. Those that trusted in life were generally happy and at peace in death. Those that felt that life needed controlling were less peaceful. One lady was a control freak her whole life. Her death was pretty horrible to watch as she struggled and fought. My grandfather, in his last years, was a kind and generous man. He died at peace hearing angels singing and seeing angels and loved ones around him. Believe it or not, it was a wonderful thing to witness. So, I decided in 1986 to learn to let go and fly where the spirit leads. I try to give more than I think I can knowing it's all nothing anyway. And, I try to be the one in the crowd with the positive attitude.

You strike me as a wonderful person. You feed your mind with the things that will make tomorrow better than today. I hope we can continue this dialog.

Oh, no need for boundaries here. I have no expectations or ulterior motives.
