Profile Information

* Tell us about Your Self:: I am a healer/counsellor and spiritual growth facilitator (I run guided retreats and workshops and produce meditation CDs based on these).
I'm also an artist - my paintings explore and express the 'Life Within' and are aids to meditation and reflection.
I love to write and now have a collection of 'spiritually themed' short stories. I'm currently working on 3 books - 2 are 'spiritual guide books,' the other a novel.
I'm co-founder of the Centre for Spiritual Growth & Healing in Newcastle, Staffordshire.
I'm also Director of 'The Extra Guest' end-hunger charity: www.theextraguest.com

Describe your work and what it means to you:: I'm passionate about every aspect of my work. Apart from my retreats, workshops and sales of CDs and art work, it is now unpaid and I rely on a small pension. I like to live a simple life!
I believe that we thrive when we are creative - whether this be through painting, writing, running a course or fund-raising.

Qualifications, Associations: Modern Languages teacher (now retired).
MCOH (Member of the College of Healing

* What is your Key Intention?: To express and explore the reality of the the Inner Life (or soul).
To promote the fact of Unity - recognising humanity as one family. To raise awareness of the benefits of sharing as the only way to justice and peace.

What is your intended result in joining this community?: To engage with like-minded, spiritually focussed individuals; to share ideas and help to create a civilisation built on spiritual principles.
To further the cause of 'The Extra Guest' charity.
