I really enjoyed the course on Saturday and it helped lift my energy level enormously :-) The book is now making sense and am looking forward to doing the 2nd day. Had a spiritual pamper day yesterday, before picking the kids up: salt bath, meditation, reflexology and reiki. Hugged a few trees in the park. Bliss.
