Welcome Fellow Storymakers,

Glad you took the time to plug into the collective.
Who knows what we can create here? Boundless is the sea of stories, with its own currents and themes and archetypes.

We trust this group will prove to be a rich vein of creative inspiration to us all over the weeks, months, years to come.

You know that feeling of sitting there with a blank page and your muse invisibly there and about to plug you into a story stream? It might be a wee brook or it maybe a major artery which is heading off down to the epic lake of Trilogy etc!

Because this place is where we are dealing with stories in their vulnerable unrefined state where the words are all jostling for position with a life of their own and in a way it is the writers job to tame them, shape them into jewels, yes thats it we are like jewelers of thought and tongue! Who knows we may come up with stories which are begging to be published, at which point there will be enevitable blah blah blah's to consider.

Plus here we are in a unsure domain of co creating with creative geniuses, in hyperspace so it probably helps having a few guidelines in place.

1. If you start off a story, you wear the chiefs hat, and have the responsibility nurture it along. You have the power to say NO I don't want it going down that path.

2 When starting a story say if it is to be;
a) a free for all, lets see where it goes story, open to all.
b) a story, which you as instigator are going to set some perameters for. For example this story may have a set number of people contributing. You may have an aim of so many words, or a goal such as a writing competition… ie set your guidelines

3 Contributers should chat with each other as to any business side of the story if it gets to that stage and come up with mutually agreeable terms.
Through this group we can create stories for the healing of life through awe and wonder and laughter and intreague. Stories can do this. We just need somewhere to start. So feel free to start your story in the discussion section.

It is worth reading the current discussions to get an idea of how we are shaping up ideas at the moment, just some basic ettiquettes so now is the time to chip in to help shape things up.
