Thank you for sharing your experiential journey of this incarnation Dave, that was/is delightful! My best friend is an atheist that thinks all there is is what one can see in this physical 3rd density manifestation. I tell him that that is the least real thing there is, that all he sees in this physical world is a less energetic temporary displacement of a very very energetic Aetheric Zero Point Energy womb in constant flux, and that he is amusing because since we are all One, therefore we are God, in essence, simultaneously expanding and contracting in constant flow of the Golden Mean Ratio of Phi, that he (my friend Fred) is actually God arguing that there is no God and enjoying the new experience, for no experience is right or wrong, good or evil, for we do not reside in a fallible construct, but a Sacred One, inviolate, unassailable, infinite, and infinitely accommodating for an infinite number of experiences... He just smiles... He did get quite a kick out of me telling him he was God arguing against the existence of God, LOL... LLP, Chris

I have seen a few of Adyashantis videos and really enjoyed the energh he puts out. As for the frequency my ipod has selection of frequency videos i sometimes use. Mostly my meditation is between waking and sleeping but i have someten minute sessions through the day when i either just follow my breath or bring my awareness to the common chakras or my indigo chakras as my guide showed me before i knew i was an indigo, the funny thing about that was i was being watched by someone who could see energy and was as baffled by what she saw my guide showing me as i was more amusingly had no idea it wasnt me doing what she was seeing. I must confess i did play with har a little, and was surprised she didnt know how i made reiki symbols appear in my aura when i was running, they do say indigos have a strange sense of humour. Im doing alot more shaman journeys these days having an angel on my shoulder who when on this world was Russian and gave me much wisdom...for an aethiest she was very spiritual.

Great repply Chris thnx. The majority of my spiritual movement was made under the watchfull "eye" of someone who studied with Casenada and Ruiz before he wrote the four agreements. This instruction allowed my guides to more strongly guide me and the realisation that im an indigo. The full movement i have made is still on the forum of a mystery school and is often read as it shows my movement from sleepwalker to awareness of truth. I dont mention where this is as it is a mystery school and I believe your guides will show you the way to that place if it is your path. I belive I learn much more by allowing silent knowledge to flow through me than having my head in a book I do read as well but only what im guided to. My soul agreed to come to this incarnation with certain non negotiable characteristics that are still being ratified in this life although a past life has been helping a little. This is all with the full knowledge that no effort is ever wasted no experience pointless. Spirit always knows best as it can see the begining middle and end of each life and knows what needs to be completed before the return home.

Oh, and Dave, I could not agree more, with the trappings of our soap opera drama junkie egos, that we do well to not think we can fill our rationalizing minds with more and more 'stuff', and expect to find enlightenment, for enlightenment is a simple re-cognition once we have relieved ourselves of the burden of so called knowledge in the end, and the realization that we were and are already complete and whole and Sacred, unassailable, inviolate, full of Light and Love, all of the above, on the wings of a Dove, that's all I can think of.... Hi Kat, I was actually giving a resounding affirmation to Elly's perfect comment concerning healing ourselves and keeping up our own energy and correct vibration via our Intelligent, very Intelligent, exceedingly intelligent Hearts... Did you know that the Heart is the first organ to form in the womb, after a certain number of cell divisions? And then the tongue, believe it or not... As for frequency-specific energetic healing via scalar wave generation, I do not have a website, and am in the beginning stages of exploring this amazing technology and medicine of the future (the future is now! LOL). I wonder how many have read the discussion on 2012. And are not falling into the trap of filling their minds with inventory, ie techniques and practices that do little than distract from true path. The ego can take alot of "stuff" we think will help us on our journey only to find the weight of all that knowledge just keeps us where the ego likes to stay right where it is resisting change any way it can find even taking on a "spiritual" path.

Im going to be doing a dreaming on Sunday 20 Sept if anyoone would like to join me and my guides. We will be sitting round our campfire in the forest in that other place.
