We are constantly barraged with stories that feed on our fears. There are two types of fear: healthy fear and unhealthy fear. Healthy fear is necessary when there is a real danger because it leads to constructive steps to prevent harm. It is really a sense of self-preservation. Unhealthy fear simply paralyzes our will to act positively and leads to general unhappiness. It is irrational and is, in reality, merely an illusion. The way to deal with this fear is to recognize the strength that is at the core of your soul and use it to control your mind.

Mighty I Am Presence; I call you forth now and ask by the grace of God, Djwhal Khul for a permanent assignment on the core fear matrix removal program and the all-inclusive misleading/Illusory matrix program, from now to be placed on all that is me, as well as and not limited to my bodies, fields, parts, particles all the way through all planes, levels, worlds, dimensions, all the frequencies , all of me, until I fully ascend in the Light.
I request the removal of emotions and reactions and suffering that are all coming from illusionary negative ego, lower self, fear based programs separative programs, selfish programming, glamour, illusion and Maya. Depression, grief and sadness, resentment and unforgiveness... All present, past and future fears... I request the removal of all fears of lack... Fears that you are not going to make it... Remove all fear consciousness and replace it with a consciousness of safety... Replace it with core Love...
Mighty I AM Presence annihilate all doubt and fear in me. I AM free from all doubt and fear - cause, effect, record and memory! I AM the visible tangible Presence of the Ascended Masters for which I call!

FANTASTIC!
I was just discussing this with my sister. We are both students of creating consciously and feel the same as you do, Cindy, about the Swine Flu. It is just another example of fear being spread, which causes us to focus on it, which causes it to actualize. If we each felt safe in our skins, and realized each of us create our own reality, there would be no response to these announcements and they would turn out false.
Something quite spooky is that the idea, vibration or pattern of a virus is what makes you sick, not the little organism itself. So all of the prevention techniques are nowhere near as powerful as our own mind. Every time I hear some news about the flu, I immediately start thinking about how great I feel, how good it feels to take a deep breath, how I enjoy my freedom when feeling well and how I wish everyone would feel great, too! I think the "magic" amount of time (according to Abraham-Hicks) to think these thoughts is 67 seconds to create potentialities.
This meditation is wonderful and thanks so much for posting it!

Thankyou cindy, i have been trying to get my 12yr old son to overcome his unhealthy fears, and after reading this i believe we are well on our way. And i completely agree that if we are to have a brighter enlightened future then we must all learn to live feeling blessed not fear

What a powerful and beautiful meditation! Watching it just now was a wonderful way to start the day:)
I don't believe in swine flu either... infact I refuse to buy into any government or media based rumours. Living life free of fear is the only way towards true freedom and self discovery and the more we refuse to be limited by outer influences, the more secure, fulfilled and at peace we will all become. it's up to us to lead the way! xx
