I just read the request to sign a petition and let's hope it helps.

Meantime I have been researching and learning as much as I can about common law and I have yet to be convinced that they can actually DO this. I propose to ask a number of questions of specific people and make a record of their answers.

Here is a list of some of the questions that immediately sprang to mind.

This is a non confrontational way of investigating how our common law deals with travesties against our freedom which is the highest law in England, Wales, Scotland Cornwall and Ireland )N).

Please can you tell me what you know that is a provable fact. Often these rules are implemented using frightening sounding phrases and legalese that have little foundation in law and are swept through only to be accepted by a wailing, willing  public, vanquished by their own cynicism.

We have the right to know the answers to all the questions below. A record can be made of facts and certain procedures adopted as a result of the findings.

INVESTIGATIONS

The matter of delving deeper into the actualities of the selling herbal remedies over the counter. They can shout all they like - What are they going to do about it?

What laws in England prevent trading safe substances on demand of the general public?

By who's assessments are these herbs and remedies deemed 'untradable'?

What tests and by whom and when were the studies conducted?

Are they saying it is actually unsafe to imbibe these herbs/supplements?

Where are the results? And where is the evidence that they are to be listed as unsafe or in any particular way undesirable?

What licences are being considered for traders? (if any)

How have they established the rules they impose?

If any rules are established (other than announcements and scare tactics) by what means do they propose to enforce these rules to be followed.

Why are doctors prevented by NHS from recommending herbal remedies openly?

What punishment and fines do they propose to enforce upon those who follow the old common laws surrounding freedom to offer and sell products required by the public?

Is it proposed to be illegal to BUY these remedies

    (Is it to be against the law to buy them off the internet?)

Is it proposed to be illegal to TAKE these remedies?

  (is the FDA or equiv involved? what are their findings exactly?)

What does the FDA say about these substances? (and English Equiv.)

By who's authority does the EU impose these rules upon the people of England, Scotland, Wales and ireland (N)?

What are the names of those secret quangos who invented and passed these rules?

  (is the NHS involved?)

In what court were these rules deemed law? What law? Who's law? did we vote to be ruled by this law?

By who's authority is this deadline real?

Who benefits from these rules?

Who pays for the lobbies to MPs and Lords?

What revenue streams (fines licences et al) are being set up and who gets the money?

  (the treasury? the courts? the lawyers? the EU?)

What are the results of questions asked in the House relating to this matter?

We have to educate ourselves more. I was aghast how few answers I knew. I believe I am not alone. Don't let them stampede us into adopting their decrees. Look it up - follow clues.  We can all ask questions of our judiciary, our MPs, our civil servants that they are obliged to answer by law.

We have a right to know about how our rights are being swept aside for the monopolistic mega corps benefit.
