Hello to you Lovelady and welcome to N U.

I am new like you here.

Yes Life is change and yes we often find it so challenging ...i often do things about change and it's important and to me it brings a lot...smile, sharing, some moments of happiness and so on.

And if our world could work  on it (maybe) things would get better.

If each of us on Earth could be aware about our attention..."where your attention goes your energy flows. Energy follows thought".

I couldn't agree more, energy follows thought, but there needs to be an alighnment with thought and our deeper beliefs, if they are at odds, the process can stall and we get frustrated and disappointed feeling that the power of positive thinking isn't working for us - and then we're stuck focusing on those more  negative aspects, and we manifest what we focus on!  It's a cycle which can be hard for us to identify and overcome.
