This 1 day course is to teach adults how to help children relax with meditation.

The course is based on the published book (Calm Kids - available on Amazon) and is taught by experienced tutor, Lorraine Murray.
The course is based in Scotland though there are plans to take it to London in 2012.
This in an introductory level but you can take this to a professional and trainer level - details on the website.
